Day 1: Vancouver
On arrival transfer from Vancouver International Airport to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure, overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Vancouver
After breakfast proceed on Vancouver City with Capilano Suspension Bridge Tour. This tour has it all! See Canada Place, Robson Street, Sports Venues, the Library, theatres, Chinatown and historic Gastown. Make stops in gorgeous Stanley Park on to Cleveland Dam and the Capilano Suspension Bridge in the North Shore rainforest. Cross the 450-ft-long bridge over a spectacular canyon to the Treetops Adventure. The new Cliffhanger attraction is worth the trip alone. Shop and snack under the evergreens. A highlight of this tour is to browse Granville Island with its public market, shops, eateries and galleries along the water. Overnight in hotel.
Day 3: Vancouver
After breakfast proceed on a full day tour to Victoria. After a 90 minute ferry ride through the Gulf Islands, you will visit The Butchart Gardens where over 50 acres of magnificent gardens await you. Stroll through theme gardens linked by spacious lawns, streams and lily ponds. Next enjoy a scenic ocean drive with vistas of Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains, followed by the Royal Victoria Yacht Club and Beacon Hill Park. Upon arrival in Victoria, have ample time to explore the world famous Empress Hotel, British Import Ships, Parliament Buildings and other attractions around Inner Harbor. Late evening return back to Vancouver.
Day 4: Vancouver/Kelowna
After breakfast, embark on an incredible two days guided transfer tour of the gardens, mountains and wineries of Western Canada. Journey along side thousand year old glaciers and majestic mountain peaks to award winning wineries in the lush fruit growing Okanagan Valley. On the way visit Minter Gardens and soothe your senses with a delectable lunch (included) and guided walk through the exquisite gardens. An evening arrival at your selected Kelowna hotel allows time for exploration
of the lakefront.
Day 5: Kelowna/Lake Louise
After breakfast continue north through the Okanagan Valley to Vernon Enjoy a short stop at Armstrong before continuing to Sicamous, the “Houseboat Capital of Canada”. Later reconnect with the Trans Canada Highway, where the road winds its way into the Monashee Mountains. A lunch stop (included) is made in the alpine town of Revelstoke, Ascending Roger’s Pass, the summit of Glacier National Park, stop at the Spiral Tunnels. This unique feature is an engineering marvel that loops into the heart of Mount Stephen. Shortly afterwards, enter Banff National Park and on to world famous Lake Louise, one of the most stunning emerald green lakes in the Canadian Rockies.
Day 6: Lake Louise/Columbia Icefields/Jasper
After breakfast, journey from Lake Louise shadowing the Great Divide to explore the natural viewpoints of Crowfoot Glacier and Peyto Lake. Continue alongside the Mistaya River to the Big Hill and the Columbia Icefield. At the Columbia Icefield time is allowed to explore the giftshop, Glacier Gallery or restaurant and take a ride on an all-terrain Ice Explorer. Continue alongside the Sunwapta River and take a stroll at Athabasca Falls before a late afternoon arrival at Jasper.
Day 7: Jasper
After breakfast proceed on Discover Jasper Tour. Jasper nestled within Jasper National Park is the largest and most northerly of the mountain parks. Its beauty and history is set amid some of the most rugged peaks in the Rockies. Explore the natural attractions of Maligne Canyon, Medicine Lake and Maligne Lake with our driver guide. At Maligne Canyon stroll along the 50 meter walls while learning about its unique underground water system. Discover the mystery of the disappearing lake and stroll along the shores of Maligne Lake, visit the giftshop or enjoy a snack in their restaurant. This excursion offers the opportunity to see wildlife in their natural environment. Afternoon at leisure, overnight at hotel.
Day 8: Jasper/Banff
After breakfast checkout and transfer to Banff. Built in 1940, the famous Icefields Parkway links Jasper and Banff National Parks along one of Canada's highest mountain roadways. Climbing from the low valleys to nearly treeline, experience three life zones, the montane, the subalpine and the alpine. On arrival check in at hotel in Banff.
Day 9: Banff
After breakfast proceed on Discover Banff Tour. The resort town of Banff is set amongst the towering mountains of Rundle, Tunnel, Cascade and Norquay. With a driver guide learn about the natural attractions of the wind-shaped hoodoos which tower majestically over the valley. Visit the classic viewpoint of Surprise Corner along Tunnel Mountain Drive. A gentle ride on the Banff Gondola (included) in a four passenger car for 8-minutes takes you to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for a 360 degree panorama of the Bow Valley. Afternoon at leisure to explore famous Banff Avenue.
Day 10: Banff/Calgary
After breakfast checkout and transfer to Calgary. On the way stop at Kananaskis for the most powerful experience in the Rockies, a 12 minute Summit Helicopter Tour offering stunning views and remarkable landscape of the Rockies. Later continue your journey to Calgary Airport to connect flight to onward destination.
